2. Booking & Payment
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit
- A confirmation email will be sent with all booking details
- Please verify all details in your confirmation immediately
Payment Terms
- Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
- No deposit required for most tours - pay on the day
- For private charters, a 50% deposit may be required
- Payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- •Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour
- •50% charge for cancellation within 12-24 hours
- •No refund for no-shows or late arrivals
- •Special terms apply for private charters
Cancellation by Us
- •Full refund if we cancel due to weather or safety
- •Alternative date offered when possible
- •Force majeure cancellations handled case-by-case
4. Tour Participation
Health & Safety Requirements
- Desert safaris may not be suitable for pregnant women
- Participants should be in good physical health
- Please inform us of any medical conditions
- Age restrictions apply for certain activities

Your safety is our top priority. All our tours include professional guides, safety equipment, and insurance coverage. However, some activities involve inherent risks, and you participate at your own discretion.
5. Responsibility & Liability
Our Responsibility: We are responsible for providing the services as described in your booking confirmation. We ensure that all vehicles, equipment, and guides meet safety standards.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for following the instructions of your guide, respecting local customs, and ensuring you have adequate travel insurance.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance.

Children (4-11 years)
50% discount on most tours
Teenagers (12-17 years)
